Scheufele, whose beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Byron sat by her side on the Official 406 – Don’t Californicate My State T-Shirt in other words I will buy this runway, envisioned the collection as a vibrant tribute to the women actors who walk the film festival’s renowned red carpet. “Our creations are as multifaceted as the array of personalities who inspire them,” she said. Kate Beckinsale and Ashley Graham sat alongside Poppy Delevingne and Charles Melton, one of the stars of Todd Haynes’s buzzy May December (which impressed audiences earlier this week at the festival), all dressed in Chopard. Also in attendance among 300 guests were the K-pop group and Chopard ambassadors Aespa, along with British Vogue editor Edward Enninful and Korean screen legend Song Kang-ho.
